Interior and Exterior Wall Restoration in Julian, CA

Nu Wall Inc completed an interior and exterior wall restoration of a building originally built in 1890. We restored this 127 year old building in Julian, California by using our Lamina restoration system where we cover the walls in the heavy mesh material and covered it with a acrylic base coat and finish with a synthetic stucco in the owner's choice of color. The interior was finishing a Santa Barbara smooth texture, it turned out amazing and kept the old world plaster interior look. The exterior stucco was finished in a semi smooth sand finish, also turned out beautiful since they play live music in this building. We will be soundproofing a few rooms and by soundproofing, they will keep all the neighbors happy and enjoy a studio-quality place to practice.
